Once you’re in, find your order history and select the product you want to return. Our user-friendly system will guide you through the return steps. No rocket science involved!

3. We’ve Got Your Back:

Once you’ve requested a return, our team will quickly review your info. If everything checks out, we’ll send you a return label to slap onto the original box your goodies came in.

Our Simple Return Conditions:
  • You’ve got up to 30 days from your original purchase to make a return.
  • For refunds, we’ll swoop the money right back into your original payment method.
  • If it’s a gift card or credit note you’re getting back, we’ll make sure you’re covered.

Friendly heads-up: Our swimwear and underwear can’t be returned due to hygiene reasons. Safety first, right?
